🛡️ Safe Gaming

bg789's Responsible Gaming
Our Commitment

Entertainment should be a source of fun — not stress. bg789 is always by your side to ensure you can enjoy gaming in a safe, informed, and controlled way.

Why Gaming Responsibly Matters

Online gaming is a legitimate form of entertainment — but like any entertainment, keeping within limits is extremely important. At bg789, we believe that genuine enjoyment comes through responsible play. Gambling is never a way to earn money; it is for entertainment only. That is why we are committed to helping every member build healthy gaming habits.

Responsible gaming at bg789 means keeping your budget and time under control, taking breaks at the right time, and seeking help if gaming becomes a problem. Our platform has multiple protective tools that you can use at any time.

21+

For ages 21 and above only

bg789 strictly follows a 21+ age policy. Age is verified at registration. This platform is completely off-limits for minors. Parents are urged to take the necessary steps to keep children and teenagers away from online gaming.

Our Protective Tools

Set Deposit Limits

You can set a maximum daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limit. Once a limit is set it takes effect immediately, and a 72-hour cooling-off period applies to any increase — giving you financial security.

Session Time-Out

Use the automatic log-out feature after a set period of time. You can set 30 minutes, 1 hour, 2 hours, or a custom duration. This protects you from the harmful effects of long sessions and helps you stay focused on real-life responsibilities.

Self-Exclusion

If you feel gaming is becoming difficult to control, you can exclude yourself from the platform for a set period. Self-exclusion can be activated for anywhere from 1 week up to 6 months. Your account will be completely locked during this time.

Set Betting Limits

Decide in advance the maximum amount you will bet in each session or within a set period. It will not be possible to exceed this limit, reducing the risk of overbetting on impulse. Betting limits take effect immediately.

Take-a-Break (Cooling-Off)

If you want to take a break from gaming for a few days, activate a cooling-off period of 24 hours to 30 days. During this time you will not be able to participate in any games. Taking care of your mental health is always the top priority.

24/7 Support

For any gaming concerns or problems, our Bengali live chat support team is always ready. Day or night — we are always active to be by your side. Get help with your personal privacy fully protected.
